Tony sighed and shifted, for not the first time, on the log he was using as a seat. How had he let himself get talked into this? Cap had come up with some kind of team-building activity where they'd all sit out in the woods and sing around a campfire or something.

So far, the only one actually excited about the idea was Bucky. (And when did that guy become someone Tony voluntarily spent time around?) Even Parker wasn't thrilled about hanging out in the woods in the middle of nowhere.

At the moment, Parker was entertaining everyone with his oddly easy to follow explanation of the chemical reaction that happens when someone lights a fire. That was the most interesting thing happening at the moment. Not the fire being lit, Parker's explanation.

Tony, was bored. Very bored. Wanting to climb up into a tree to find a place to nap, bored.

"Cap, can we get on with it?" Tony whined.

"Get on with what?" the man asked as he set down the large armful of firewood he'd carried from somewhere in the woods.

Tony motioned around the clearing. "Whatever the hell it is we're doing out here."

Steve frowned. "This is it. We sit around the campfire and cook and tell stories and just hang out."

Tony hrmphed. "Could do that back at the facility."

"If you see this through, I'll cook for the next month."

"Do you even know how to cook?"

Parker looked up from the campfire. "Do you?"

Tony wagged a finger at the kid. "We're not talking about me."

Steve answered, "Yes, I can cook. Shut up and enjoy spending time with your friends."

Tony smirked, but resigned himself to hanging out by a campfire.
