Uh, there's one thing I'm wondering if it came through? The song lyrics seem partly to be about the progression of women's rights through time, at least to me. And the woman in the story inherits her husband's property, which is something that women in fact had to fight for and that earlier generations of women did not get. Did this come through or not?
