It feels inevitable when she finds herself outside Flynn's door, clutching the bottle of vodka and nerving herself up to knock. He neither looks like he's expecting her nor surprised that she's there. Inevitable.

Lucy wonders if she wrote about this in the journal. The one she still can't bring herself to start writing. Flynn knew about the vodka, did he know about this too? Is she just following a path that she already paved? Will someday pave? Time travel is a tricky thing to have inside your head. Even trickier when it becomes the main thing in your life.
